Looking for a List of General, Healthy Foods.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew of a website where I could possibly print off a list of a bunch of healthy foods? I have a terrible diet and I need to expand what I eat. I stick to the same bad foods all the time, because I've never tried anything else. I recently have become sick eating so much dairy, so I am trying to get away from it. I just can't find a list of healthy food anywhere. Can someone help? Or give me suggestions as to what would be some new food to try. The only meat I eat is chicken, and I think I want to try turkey the next time I go to the store. I also need veggie suggestions. Thanks!
