ate WAY under my calories today..

Sometimes I find that I don't have time to eat! Like today, I woke up, had my breakfast, it was pretty simple.. then I did my workout which is about 2 hours or more,, I had been drinking water for a while, and just forgot about lunch, so I had an orange.... and then my dad decided he was going to make dinner at 9 pm! and by that time I had plans to go out to a movie, I snacked before I left, but I try not to eat after 8 pm.

So i'm sitting here, I just got home, and I don't want to eat right now... because I'm about to go to bed.

It says if I keep this up ill lose... 30 pounds in 5 weeks...

that would be NUTS, my goal is to lose 30 pounds in the next 3-4 months...

sometimes I just don't know how to eat all of my calories! I don't want to put myself in starvation mode, but i'm honestly not even hungry right now!

    Food is fuel, you have to MAKE time to eat.
    Especially if you are working out for 2 hours a day, you'll burn out really fast if you keep this up.
