Quick lbs drop???

Hi all,

Have a friend's 40th bash on Saturday next week. Tried the dress last night, and although it fits, I'm not very happy about how it's sitting on my body. One week to go, and maybe if I dropped 5 lbs, it would look just right?? I know, it's not the healthiest way, but this is an "emergency"!!!! Please.....any suggestions would be very very welcome. :-)
