hi so at the end of the day i have a calorie intake extercise intake and = net what does the =net mean?

Net means what calories your body has left to work with after exercise is taken out.0

food calories - exercise calories = net calories. so if you eat 1000 cals and burn 800 cals on a run then you'll net 200 calories.0
