OK, so I did 30DS for a month now, I had 3 rest days and also did some extra cardio about 2-3 times a week and did a diet of 1200 calories. These are my results:
SW: 132
CW: 130.8
GW: 120
Starting measurements:
Neck: 12.5"
Waist: 35"
Hips: 42"
Right Thigh: 21"
Left Thigh: 21"
Right Arm: 11 3/4"
Left Arm: 11 3/4"
Calf: 14"
Bust: 36"
Ending measurements:
Neck: 12"
Waist: 33"
Hips: 40"
Right Thigh: 20"
Left Thigh: 20"
Right arm: 10 1/2"
Left Arm: 10 1/2"
Right Calf: 13"
Left Calf: 13"
Bust: 34.5"

That is excellent progress! You're SW and GW are kind of in the same interval I want to be in (10 lb loss) so your 30DS story is an inspiration to me Thanks for sharing!0

Good Job! I'm only on day 4 and it was really hard for me yesturday. should I be taking any breaks or do I just keeep pushing thru everyday?0

I didn't take any breaks until level 2. But I will tell you that after day 4 it gets A LOT easier. The first three days killed me, I actually started yellin at the tv like she could hear me lol.0 -

TOTALLY AGREE! I am halfway through the shred and have lost 5 1/2 inches all around so far. I don't even own a scale .. lol.0
