At the risk of sounding like a dtiz, why do we weigh less in the morning than we do the night before? I understand that we haven't eaten anything for aprox 8 hours, but if mass is neither created nor destroyed, where does that weight go during the night? For me its usually only about 2-3 lbs but I still feel like that can be a major difference sometimes. I can't possibly be sweating out 2-3 lbs worth of liquid during the night? I don't even think I sweat at all at night, I'm usually always cold!

Your muscles burn fat 24 hours/day. That's the glory of strength training.0

It goes down the toilet, if you weigh after you've been!0

I'm sorry, I didn't know how else to tell you, but you've been wetting the bed.0
