Do you record you calories anyway? After weeks of doing very well, last night I caved and had a big plate of nachos with my husband while watching b-ball. They were so good and maybe even worth the splurge. But i don't even know where to begin with adding up the calories there. Portion size was out the window!

I am assuming that almost everyone has a moment like this every now and then, right? When you do, do you try and track your calories or just forget about it?
