No weight loss = major disapointment

So its been 24 days on mfp. not once have I gone over my calorie goals. I exercise daily to the max of my ability's. Right now I can jog/walk 5 miles. I haven't dropped a pound in total, I have not lost an inch. I eat some but not all of my exercise calories, if I eat all I start gaining pounds and inches. I eat pretty good. Plenty of lean protein, fiber and fruits and veggies.

When is the point where you give up being miserable and stop counting every moral that goes in your face.
