Couch to 5K victory

I just successfully did day 3 of week 5 (walk for 5 mins then jog for 20 without stopping). I was probably lapped by a snail or two, but my inner 12-yr-old who couldn't jog a mile without stopping at gun point is doing the happy dance.

I remember doing that a few weeks ago. It was on the exact same day of the program as you are...when I got done I had the biggest smile on my face. I had never run a mile in my life. Ever. As of my last jog (week 7 day 3) I did over 2 miles. It's an incredible program and you should be very proud!0
