Compulsive Clothes-Changers?

I put on weight so suddenly that my wardrobe didn't have a chance to adapt - I have no idea what fits, so I end up trying on half my closet every morning and fussing over new bulges and bumps that were never there before. Nothing looks right. I waste SO much time compulsively changing clothes that I've made a new rule:
Instead of compulsively changing, I'm resign myself to wearing the same five outfits to work and spend the wardrobe-worry time running at the park. I'm fat now, but I wasn't fat before and I won't always be fat, so it's a waste of energy worrying about an ephemeral problem. When I find myself fussing, I'll go run around instead.
Anyone else have the clothes-changing problem?
