How to lose the back fat!?

Hi,
Ok so I just bought a swimsuit and although it fits perfect everywhere, it's too tight round the back ( has a fastening like a bra does). What's the best form of exercise to slim down this area? I have 4 weeks before my holiday so I'm hoping this is plenty of time to fit into it. Any advice is much appreciated :)

An excersize in calorie restriction should do it.

If you don't make it in time for your holiday, buy a bra hook extender for a more flattering fit

You have to consume less calories then you burn. You lose fat all over at different rates. It's how mine went away.
