doing your running and cross-training on the same day?

i didn't get a chance to run yesterday. i have cycling class today. i will not be able to exercise at all tomorrow and i do my long run sunday. do i double up and run today along with the cycling or skip the run (can't skip the cycling)?

I think you could do both! Just take it easy on the run maybe?0

You can definitely do both! Saturdays I do Body Step for 45 minutes, cycle for 30 minutes, Body Attack (also aerobic) for 55 minutes and a 45 minute walk.0
