Hi guys
What do you do when you still feel "hungry" after a healthy meal?
I tend to eat (sugarfree) gum
It promotes my digestion and also keeps away the munchies

My tummy lies to me so much!! I hate it!
I guess the only thing that helps is I either force myself to drink an entire water bottle or I make some tea. Also, a banana is usually a guilt-free 'dessert' for me and it seals the deal on whether or not I am still hungry.0 -
Lately - I like to "seal the deal" with that Arctic Zero ice cream. It's only, like, 37 calories per serving... or if you wanna sit with the whole pint container - it's 150 FOR THE WHOLE THING. Hooray! I find that if after I eat dinner, and perhaps my portion was a bit smaller than before (because I've been used to eating behemoth portion sizes for a long time now), I'll cap it off with a serving of the ice cream... It's like telling my body "Nope, you're done with the FOOD for today... now onto dessert".
I've only had the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor... I really wanted the Coffee flavor, but Sprouts didn't have it at the time.

Drinking warm tea or coffee with my meal helps tremendously. I also sometimes have a small square of dark chocolate afterwards. I usually try to incorporate some form of protein into my meal (ex: nuts and hard boiled eggs on a salad) to avoid this feeling.0

WOAH 37 calories per serving!? i will definitely check this out0 -
HUGE problem for me. I go into shark feeding frenzy mode after I eat. I'll sometimes set a timer for 20 mins and usually by then I realize I'm quite full. I love dessert but if I wait those 20 mins I find more often than not I'd rather not eat anything else. I'm going to check into that ice cream though!0

I think Vespyr said it perfectly. Sometimes I feel like a shark in feeding frenzy right after I eat and its very hard to tame that monster. I'm drinking water with a splash of lemon and this is helping. I'm telling myself to check back in twenty to see if I'm any better. That helps too.0
