  • Going to a local Italian restaurant for lunch today, but probably only having a salad and a slice of garlic bread. I'm going on a date with my husband tonight, so I want to save most of my calories for dinner.

  • I had a 6 in. turkey and black forest ham subway sandwich, full of veggies w/ honey mustard dressing with miss vickie's jalapeno chips...delicious...high in cals but I'm working out later to burn some of those off :D

    3oz pork tenderloin (roasted the other night)
    1/2 cup spinach
    2 Tbs bleu cheese crumbles
    1 Flat Out Italian wrap

    So delicious & filling :)
