    I've got to start going to sleep earlier! .. I usually awake 7 to let dog out for a wee, then up and out of door by 9am to walk her, even on weekend I'm out of house by 10am but often watching TV until midnight, I'd say it takes me about 30mins to fall asleep on a good night so might get 6-7 hrs most of week, though in summer I wake earlier cos its lighter earlier so can be awake again by 6am.

    Do I need more sleep or is this enough?
