Nutrition for 5k/Warrior Dash

I have my first 5k in the form of The Warrior Dash tomorrow. Due to illness, muscle strain, general procrastination, I have not fully trained for the running portion. I have done two full rounds of P90X, a P90X/TurboFire Hybrid Round and am two weeks into my P90X2 Round. I have full confidence in my ability to tackle the obstacles. The running part is what worries me.
I know full well that I will be jogging for a good chunk of it, running between the obstacles that are closer together and walking when needed. I'm not a great runner by myself, but I can usually keep up if I find someone running at a pace I like. I'm targeting a 44:00 time to finish in the top half of my age group (40-49). Jogging a 10 minute mile, running shorter distances and walking some should get me there. Plus, i think I can push myself to sprint at the end when everyone will be watching.
Do I need any special nutrition for this thing? It's only 45 minutes of activity. P90X Plyometrics and P90X Plyocide are longer than that. Many folks run that amount on a daily basis. I plan on doing P90X2 Recovery and Mobility tomorrow morning to loosen me up. My wave goes off at 3:30 in the afternoon.
Should l just get a few extra carbs in today and tomorrow? Noodles, rice, potatoes, etc? Am I overthinking it? Will I be at a slow enough pace in a short enough distance to not worry about such things?
