10-15lbs by April 18

Hey everyone. I've been struggling to take off the last 10-15 lbs for a while now. I originally was 148 lbs about 3 years ago........I am 5'3" so pretty short and for my height 148 was not good. I am currently at 130-131. I would ultimately like to be 115. I am planning to go on vacation on April 19 and would love to lose the 10-15 pounds by then. So that is 1 month and 3 days. Any tips for how I can achieve this would be greatly appreciated :smile:

    What has been helping me is before I eat or drink anything in the morning I have a cup of warm distilled water with one table spoon of raw honey and fresh squeezed lemon juice of a whole lemon. I mix it drink it and wait 20 minutes or so before eating breakfast then I do it again but half the amount of honey and lemon juice before lunch.
