I read an article saying...

...that you swallow like 7 spiders in your sleep at night or something.
Should I log these calories?
Also, I imagine they are carb free, but what do you think the fat/protein ratio would be?
Also, is there any way of telling WHEN you've swallowed a spider, and how big they are?
Thanks!

I'd probably just log one large spider and hope that counted for the 7.0 -

Hmm, but what is definition of large? Because we don't get tarantulas and stuff in the UK, I don't even know how big our spiders get... for me, a leg span of |
| is huge :L0 -

But do you eat your exercise calories back?0 -
does it count as eating your exercise calories back if you eat the spider first then burn the cals off?
or do you have to burn off the calories first in anticipation, so that when the spider gets in you're eating your calories back?
But what if you work out, then no spiders get in your mouth that night, will I go into starvation mode!?0 -
There's a spider in the bath, a spider in the bath...0
