30 day shred

Would anyone please tell me how you log your calories burned for the 30 day shred? Do you log it under circuit training or high impact aerobics, etc. Thanks for your help in advance...

    I think most people log it as circuit training. That's what I did until I got a HRM. Good luck with your shred.
