My company is taking everyone out to an Indian Buffet for lunch. I HAVE to go, because it's pretty much for me. They have company lunches randomly and this is the first one since I started working here.

I have no idea how I am going to log my foot for this.

Does anyone have any tips? Also, does anyone know anything about Indian food? Maybe certain foods to stay away from?

Thanks! Any suggestions are appreciated!

Stick with veggies. Most Indian buffets are going to be oily. Just take small portions and eat slowly. Try to have a salad or raw veggies to fill up.

Life is full of this kind of thing. You will figure it out.

I wouldn't try to log it. That's crazy-making for me.

If they have anything from the tandoor, the grilled chicken/fish is a safe bet. It's just marinated in yogurt and spices. Plus it's delicious!

tandoori is generally made with meat, often chicken, marinaded in yogurt and spices. Don't eat the skin on the chicken.
