HI.......I AM A 22 YEAR OLD FEMALE 5' 3 AND 140LBS. I LIVE IN INDIANA. AT MY JOB WE ARE DOING THE "BIGGEST LOSER." WE HAVE UNTIL THE END OF JULY AND WE STARTED ABOUT 2WKS AGO. MY GOAL IS TO LOSE 10LBS OR AT LEAST A SIZE IN JEANS WELL, IM EXCITED TO GET TO MEET ALL OF YOU AND IF YOU HAVE ANY TASTY, HEALTHY RECIPES, ID LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU TOO. I LOVE TO TRY NEW THINGS.

Hi, I'm just getting started here at the recommendation of a nutrition coach. It's funny how we think we are just fine until one day we really look in the mirror and realize - whoa- what got out of hand here or was it always in my hand to my mouth?
I have tracked food before but only for myself this is really different to report it to someone else. I've known in the past to write it down as soon as I eat something but now I have to remember that my coach will see the list someday also. I realize that is not happening here thru the site but it helps me question if I really want to have to track the third cookie, and if not, who am I kidding.
I must say with the selecting of the food choices being so complete this tracking is easier than other sites. Thanks! I can just print the report every week before my coaching session. This will be very interesting!0
