Daily Fat allowance

I seem to go over on my fat intake everyday. Its set at 20 grams, seems a little low to me. Should I change the setting? Thanks.

    I've heard you should aim for like 25% to 35%. I'm currently at 25% with protein at 40% and carbs at 35%.

    Try about 30% for fat.

    I was on bodybuilding forums and they were telling guys that you should generally have like 80-100g a day. I try not to go over 80 personally.

    Thanks for the replies--it was set at 15%, I bumped it up to 25%.

    What percentage is that on for you though holthaus?

    My goal is 52g which is 25%.
