bottomless feeling in your stomach!

Anyone else ever have those days where you just feel hungry all day long? What do you do to feel satisfied? I get them once or twice a week, but today is particularly awful. I normally don't have a snack for 2 more hours, but I'm hungry and actually slightly lightheaded. I'm getting ready to eat half an apple and some peanut butter.

    I had that yesterday I just wanted to eat and eat and eat! I found myself snacking after 8pm! SO what I did was grabbed a portion cut it up into smaller pieces and put them individually in the fridge. I would pick up one and go back to what I was doing and then if I still wanted another I had to drink a glass of water before I got it out of the fridge. I'm not gonna say it wasn't tough but little tricks like that help you to control the portion size and force you to reflect on why you are really eating.

    If I catch it before I'm super hungry a lot of times a cup of hot tea or decaf coffee will take the food craving away until my next meal time.
