    1. Oatmeal - Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, made overnight oat-style - put in the fridge overnight with cashew milk, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg and salt, with fresh berries and honey mixed in come morning.
    2. toast - thick, rustic sourdough (Bread Alone's whole wheat is great!) spread with perfectly ripe avocado and a sprinkle of sea salt (add a fried egg on top and you're golden)
    3. ice cream sundae - Haagen Dazs coffee frozen yogurt with toasted nuts (walnut or hazelnut, usually), a little bit of fudge sauce, and some homemade whipped cream.
    4. frozen yogurt - I'm a big fan of Pink Berry (especially the pomegranate with raspberries or blackberries)
    5. popcorn (flavor) - plain old butter (or olive oil) with salt!
    6. chocolate candy - hmmm....if we're speaking strictly candy, heath bars or reeses cups - otherwise I'm a big fan of chocolate covered dried fruits and nuts!
