I'm confussed about the sugar and what MFP has alloted me. MFP says my goal for sugar is 33. I drink skim milk to make up some calories and now I'm going way over. Just my little fruit and milk triples that amount.
What am I suppose to do?

Thanks for the post and the write up. Is there a way to determine what my allotted sugar intake max should be? MFP has it at 30 and it seems low considering I do no refined sugar and it natual. Should I ignore it and just watch calories?
Thanks again.0 -

In a calorie deficit, I would focus on keeping protein and fat high enough, and whatever is left over can go towards carbs. I would ignore sugar intake and just make sure that most (~80%) of your intake is from whole and minimally processed sources.0
