Recipe Ideas?

Here is my issue, I'm a vegitarian, but I live with 3 meat eaters. Currently I create a meal plan with the kids and I cook up all the food needed for the week on sunday. However most of the time it is something noodly and sauce so the kids can stir in meat and I have been stuck to protien shakes and my snack items to get protien. (Starting to get old)
What are some good receipes that I can make that has protien for me but easily modified to add meat for the meat-aterians of my life?

Why are you stuck with protein shakes and snack items? Can't you add beans, lentils, tofu, quinoa, nuts, seeds, etc. to the same dish that they add meat to? Top your salads with a protein source. Make baked beans, chili, curry, stir fries, "build your own" dishes like taco salad, baked potatoes, etc. Remember that greens, potatoes, etc. have a good amount of protein as well.0
