Define "moderate activity"

I work a desk job and so I'm basically sitting much of the day, even when I try to make a point to move around as much as I can. I don't get much activity during the day. But if I accomplish my weekly goal of this workout schedule:

Monday - 45 minute Zumba class
Tuesday - 45 minute Power class (bar with weights)
Wed - 45 minute spin class
Thursday - 45 minute power class
Friday - 45 minute step aerobics class
Saturday 45-60 running/walking on treadmill (3.5 mph uphill, up to 6 mph flat road, jogging, alternating)

Would THIS count as an overall moderate activity level? Or high? Taking into consideration that 8 hours a day at work I'm mostly sedentary? I want to make sure I'm figuring my calories right...
Thanks!

I think it's easier, unless it's your job or something, to enter sedentary, enter the exercise separately each day and then eat the exercise calories. That way, also, if you have a bad week and you miss 2-3 classes you're not over on cals.

Exactly. And if you're not seeing the results you expect after three or four weeks, reevaluate.
