Preventing loose skin on losing weight

Anyone have any advice on how to prevent those flaps of loose skin, I have 112lb to lose altogether, lost 21 lbs already, I am only losing at a rate of 1-2lb a week, and exercising - including strength training

    Work on toning yur muscles. That will help a bit. However, there really is no way to fully prevent loose skin. A lot of it has to do with genetics. It has to do with how long you've been overweight for and how overweight.

    Lose it slow and strength train.

    Some bodys such as mine will just have extra skin! I lost pretty quickly tho! And gained just as quickly! But my advice, lose sllllooooowwww...and excersise!

    Some of it may go back, but slowly, thats what I am hoping anyways!

    Lose at a healthy rate. Exercise. Eat healthy, including sufficient (heart healthy) fat. Make sure you get your vitamin C every day, as it's required for collagen production.

    Hope for the best, but recognize that loose skin isn't the end of the world and the stress put on your body by 100+ pounds of excess weight might well be.
