Anyone have a good recipe for ground turkey. I have made bell peppers with the turkey and meatloaf but does anyone have any other ideas I can try. Thanks

  • Turkey chili if you like chili.

1lb ground turkey (breast will be a bit dry but obviously healthier or regular)
    1med onion finely chopped
    1tbsp chili powder
1can diced tomatoes or fresh chopped tomatoes (whichever you choose)
1 can light red kidney beans
    1 can vegetarian chili
IF you want a touch of heat you can chop a jalapeno or just use the juice from a can of jalapeno

Cooked onion until light then add ground turkey & chili powder mix, drain fat, add tomatoes vegetarian chili & kdney beans. Bring to a boil then simmer for an hour.

I like to add minced garlic and chopped green peppers as I'm cooking my onions too. It just adds to the flavor, for me.

    Hope this helps :)

Tacos, Cincinnati style chili. Cincinnati chili is great over whole wheat pasta!

This may sound weird, but my husband makes AMAZING turkey and green bean pattys. They are DElish!!!
You make them like a normal hamburger patty, but add green beans.

We eat them plain--sometimes he even adds blackbeans to the mix. Quite yummy!
