Help! I was finally getting off the last few pounds of baby fat from my now 1 year old, and yesturday I decided to take a pregnancy test because I was EXHAUSTED and it was positive.
I am obese, hypothyriodism, and borderline high sugar on my three month levels so I was using a balanced diet per a fertility book to help me get all leveled because I was missing my ms monthlys and other stuff....WELL the diet worked apparently I took off 30 lbs and am knocked up!
So what now?
I don't want to put the weight back on, and I think I have enough for me and the baby lol!
Any ideas for a balanced diet for first trimester so I don't put on a ton of weight?
For the record I'm not unrealistic I know you cannot diet and have a healthy pregnancy!
