Does it ever seem like the more pressure you put on yourself, the worse your eating habits are? Since last summer I have had the intention of losing a good 30+ pounds for my wedding in June. I have really only followed the rules successfully for a couple weeks here and there. The last couple weeks I realized how little time is left and how I need to really get into gear to even have hope of losing 15 or so pounds. It seems the more I think about it/put pressure on myself the more I shove cr@p into my mouth. How do you get yourself out of this cycle?

Just take it One Day at a Time / One Meal at a Time ... and don't beat yourself up if you stumble on your journey.0

I have the same problem. My wedding is in August and it hit me that I'm still at least 30 pounds away from my initial goal that I wanted for my wedding. I even added the stress of a size smaller wedding dress! The only thing I can say that is helping me is sticking with it, even if you eat garbage, log it. I've been doing that and finding that I don't want to eat the calorie loaded pizza and would rather stick with a sald. Everything that tasted bland (veggies especially) are starting to taste really good.
I also drink a TON of water. Everytime I crave something terrible, I drink water. It makes me full and I no longer want anything. Good luck and congrats on the wedding!0
