Should I Take My Shirt Off?

Thought this might make for interesting discussion. Through the process of dieting and working out, I'd say my body easily stacks up against all these guys with a shirtless avatar. My avatar shows a clothed and dumpy "before" me.

So....what do you think about a shirtless "after" photo? I won't tip my hand as to my opinion, this is cultural exploration for me and hopefully others.

    Sp perspective is what you're looking for...I don't know that I would want my hubby to put a pic of himself on here shirtless as his avatar. I think he expects the same of me (referring to bikini top-shame too, because it's lovely lol). While I certainly don't judge others for it, it's just not comfortable for me. Likewise, I wouldn't post a sexy pic on Facebook. Now...seeing as this is a fitness site, i could see posting one as a before and after or having them for friends to see, but not as my avatar...jmo!

    Personally, I am a big fan of topless photos, which is why I chopped the top of my photo off.

    if you do it, make sure you include your face as well....I am always sceptical of topless shots without head shots.
