pasta - help

It's Friday, during lent. So guess what on the menu? Pasta!. Having trouble figuring out how to log it though. When I enter ziti in the food search I get info for 2oz ( or 3/4 dry). How much does that come out to cooked? I guess I could cook my serving in a separate pan to figure out, but I'll rather learn from your experience;-)

    i weigh all my food on a scale.. another way would be i guess ...guesstimating .. sorry not the best advice =p
