Is there a limit on too much exercise?

So today I rode my bike to work, and back home from work (such a nice day) I had a 8 hour shift so I was walking around a bit on the floor (I calculated 90 min. total walking though) I am about to go play some tennis with my husband in a little bit, and we have a date at the roller dome roller skating tonight! I calculated it all in & it shows that = 2, 000+ calories burned! + 1700 calories I usually eat I would have to eat 3700 calories holey cow! Is this accurate? I dont want to completely pig out & it show up on the scale because I was eating back exercise calories....

thanks!
Rachel

Do as much exercise as you want. As long as your diet makes up for it.. don't want to be burning muscles for no reason.

Eat more . . . Lose weight . . . Get fit. All three at the same time. It doesn't get any better than that.
