I don't normally do weights very often if at all. On wed I went to the gym with a friend and we did a full upper body workout on the weight machines. I worked hard where I was dripping sweat and my arms were shaking on my last few reps of the last 2 sets, we fallowed it with the stair stepper (which I haven't been donig lately but it usually kills my thights) and the eliptical. Yesturday I wasn't sore at all and did a mix of zumba and kickboxing fallowed by the eliptical I was sweating more than I think I've ever sweat before but still not sore AT ALL ... This doesn't seem good... I mean I can't imagine doing any more weight as I barely lifted what I had or doing more reps... or sets, I was shaking... I just have never NOT been sore and this seems really strange! Please Help!

Being sore is not needed to have a good workout...be thankful you're not

Sometimes you feel sore the next day, or the next even.

Personally sometimes I am sometimes I am not , I know I worked hard if when I was doing the last reps or so it was a struggle.
Also I sometimes dont get it in certain muscle groups.0 -
Mabybe your body is getting more used to working hard. I think it matters more that you know you worked hard and really felt it while you were working out.0
