how long after illness till you runa gain?

the title pretty much says it all. Yesterday I came down ill suddenly. Fever, chills, body aches, etc. I was in bed from 3pm till i woke this morning. I woke up feeling mostly better with just a sore throat today. I took yesterday as a manditory resting day. i feel like if i run today my throat will be more sore.
My Long run days are Sundays and i usually take Saturday as my rest day before it. (training for a 10 miler). So..do i just keep resting today and tomorrow and do my long run on Sunday?

    You could run short tomorrow and long Sunday or you could take tomorrow off. Either way is fine depending on how you feel. Taking three days off in a row won't have a negative effect on your fitness and the contribution of one short run on Sat to your fitness is minuscule.
