Hey all I was wondering if all you lovely people on here could give me some advice on this I normally eat 1300 cals a day I don't eat exercise calories back I have started a exercise routine which is running 3-4 days a week for 90 mins each time also stationary biking for 1 hour once a week and lifting weight for an hour twice a week so I was wondering if you think I could still lose weight by eating instead on 1300 cals daily changing it to 1500 calories on days I run and 1200 calories on days I bike and lift weights its just on days I run I feel more hungrier but I still need to lose weight(50 pounds) could this work also I normally have a cheat meal on a saturday so would I have to stop that if I change my calories any advice please thankyou
