How Do I log calories burned doing this? This is not listed on exercise list

    I use a HRM. "Curves Circuit Training" is the MFP category that comes closest to the number of calories burned when compared to the HRM. Hope this helps.

    I put Circuit Training General - I'd love to get a heart rate monitor but don't have the $$$!!

    If you don't have a HRM just log it as circuit training general. That's what I did in the past.
