Exercise Ball

I try to change things up as far as my working out and such goes.....and i do own an exercise ball that i use. My question is, what should i put under?

tighten and toning, enhancing flexibility, and strengthening my core.0

Sorry, should have asked what exercises you are doing on it. But I think I get the picture.
If you are going through different exercises without resting, or resting just a little, log is as circuit training. If you are taking rest breaks, log it as circuit training, but only count half to 2/3 of the time you spent doing it.
Another thing I see people use is calisthenics. That might fit too?0
