wheat bread confusion

What exactly should I look for in whole wheat bread? If it says 100% whole wheat am I good to go. I want to make sure I am getting the most out of the wheat. Thanks

    Check the label. Make sure the bread is made of whole wheat flour and not bleached enriched flower. Also make sure high fructose corn syrup is not the 1st or second ingredient.
