LOW fat, low cal lunches and snacks?

Over the last few months I have been eating MorningStar veggie burgers topped w/ red peppers, onions, carrots and a low cal dressing all wrapped up in lettuce or cabbage leafs.
I think I need some new ideas... So im wondering what you like to eat for lunch!

My new favourite lunch is to lightly toast 2 pieces of ezekial bread then I spread 2 pieces of laughing cow cheese on the bread and a piece of turkey deli meat on top. I put it back in the toaster oven for a little bit longer to melt the cheese. I take it out and put on some sliced cucumbers and some mustard.

I have a grilled boneless skinless chicken breast, celery sticks, cukes, peapods, baby tomatoes or other raw veggies.

I usually have tuna salad in a bowl. I just use Starkist tuna pouch (in water), a few green olives w/pimento chopped up, and 1 T of light miracle whip. I will have a couple RF wheat thins or a hard boiled egg with it. Very, very, filling on top of being yummy!

I also have South Beach wraps. They are full of protein and fiber.

5 oz of tuna with 1/2 tablespoon of ken's creamy caesar and 2 tablespoon of lentils/beans.
    Vanilla yogurt with walnuts.
