Struggling.

I am constantly saying at work that I will go home and work out, but as soon as I get home I fail. I never want to work out anymore, but I really need to. I can't even bring myself to do a twenty minute 30 day shred video.. 
How do you stay motivated, or pick yourself up and make yourself actually do the workouts? I need help!

I like working out first thing in the morning - than I can go about my day and not worry about it.0

Sometimes i think you get burned out if you are working out too much. Maybe try something different, go for a bike ride, roller blade, play tennis, etc. Just try something that does not feel like you are working out, something fun.
Or just give yourself a day or two off and re-energize.0 -

I've done the evening workouts and the morning workouts. I'm more consistent with morning workouts. I also love having the workout fished before I go to work. Nothing like starting the day with an endorphin high!0 -
Pick out a really cute bathing suit from Victoria Secret. Make copies of it and tape them all over your house. Tell yourself that when you get where you can wear it, you'll order it for the summer. You're alot closer to wearing one of those suits than I am, so get off the pot the just do it!!!!!!0

There are a few things I roll over in my head time and time again when I feel things are getting tough, or I am becoming completely unmotivated: "Whether you think you CAN or whether you think you CAN'T - You're Right." And "Just Decide" Really, isn't that what it is all about? A decision, to exercise or to stay on the couch. To eat ice cream or carrots - Everyday is one decision after another - so if you royally screw up one day, that's ok, don't beat yourself up about it, learn from it, and move on, 'cause tomorrow is another day, with all new decisions to make... Just Decide - you CAN do it!0

picking workouts i actually enjoy to do actually does it for me.. my cardio consist of hockey + weight lifting.. easy0
