I just did my first 2 Tiffany Rothe workouts. Great! I felt like I have just done a pump class. What other net workouts would you recommend?

I love her workouts. I found her on youtube a few weeks ago, and was thrilled to find that she had so many free 10-minute workouts on there. This was a pretty good one too. I did it for a month, and lost 2" off each thigh in the first 2 weeks.

If anyone has a Roku there is a lot of fitness channels available on there, some free, some not. However I was thrilled to find on Amazon that I could buy the digital copies of a lot of Jillian Michael's workouts for much less than the Dvds.0

Zuzka Light on YouTube/Facebook has ZWOWs (Zuzka's Work Out of the Week). She is the former host of BodyRock and she now has her own channel. They're tabata-style calisthenics and circuits using mainly body weight. Since it's just one per week, they can easily fit into any other routines. For the other days, her archives on charliejames1975's channel are great, too! Just sort them oldest first. She's the hot one with the nice ... chest. :bigsmile:
My friends on here are probably sick of me bringing her up all the time, but I think she is so inspiring and a great person. And hot, to boot. :blushing:0 -
