I just started working out. I find myself not eating a lot. Maybe 1000 calories a day, I know this is not good for me. But I am working out daily for an hour 5 or 6 days a week. Will this hender my weight loss?

    Is that 1000 before exercise calories earned?

    If so, you are just harming yourself. You need to eat to lose weight... sounds weird but it's true. Eat too little and your metabolism will eventually slow down.

    She's right! Your body will actually try to hold on to the weight. Eat your cals, even just up to your goal.
