College student new to MFP looking for support and motivatio

I'm 19 and just started out on MFP
My goal is to lose 30 pounds and get back to my "lowest" body weight.
I use to be a competitive swimmer but injuries and lack of resources have kept me out of the pool for the past year I hate it. I've gained and lost the same 10 pounds and I'm tired of being out of shape.

    Hi. Im starting with similar goals and reasons too. But, I've lost 5 lbs in the last two weeks. 30 lbs to go. I've been eating the light progresso soups for lunch with has made an impact on my weight loss. I've had previous injuries and cannot work out all the time.
