Getting back on the weight loss horse

Man I have been struggling since Thanksgiving. I was doing very well had finished Insanity and was only about 15lbs away from my goal. Now I am back up to 30lbs over my goal and can't get up to exercise in the morning like I used to. I don't know what it is. I have a goal and a clear reason why I want to get to my weight loss goal but just keep sabotaging myself. Today I am committed again, and I guess I have to commit each day and if I mess up I have to make it be a 1 time thing because right now if I decide to over-eat I over-eat to the extreme. Not really sure why I am posting this, maybe just to affirm to myself what I am trying to do.
