Hi.

Just a quick little ditty about me: I love to run and have for years. A few months ago I started Insanity- best way to sum up my experience so far is my wife's first comment when she saw me doing it- "For a guy that can run ten miles, you sure do suck at this". It's tough but my running has improved immensely, as has my energy levels. I dropped about 15 pounds in 6 weeks and lost 5% body fat. That's when I picked up MFP- I have become much more aware of what and how I eat and I am seeing and FEELING the results. Nutrition plays such a huge role in how we look and feel but there is soooooo much crap in the supermarket it's hard to get a good gauge on what's really good for you. Thanks MFP!
