Ok, have only been running a couple of years, 41 this year, so still in the learning stage...

Ran a half last week and hip is not right, but did not train for it, so my fault, lesson learnt ( I hope this time) ...

My point!! I have been told about leaning forward slightly to aid your running, I enjoyed this last week and it helped me sprint at the end, BOOM, never done that before... BUT my friend has been questioning me about my style of running and if I changed anything as my thigh should be ok....... I said about leaning forward, and was told yes this is an amazing technique, but I was leaning forward from the hips, ( pressure on the hips when pounding the pavements) and was told to lean forward from the ankles..

To practice face a wall and lean slightly forward, legs straight, what a difference and wow.............. xx

Hope this helps or does anyone have anything to add!! (had to much coffee today, hence all the waffle) xx

I know this is going to take a long time to learn, but as long as I get my technique right, will be ok:heart: ........... Forever learning xxxxxxx
