Is too little fat/sodium bad for you?

I've been wondering this for a while, because I always seem to be under carbs, fat and sodium.
I know people say that low carbs can be good for you, and obviously going over fat and sodium is bad. But what if you're too far under?
I've worked hard to meet my protein, with protein powder as I'm vegetarian.
Today
Carbs -91 (208/299)
Fat -26 (47/73)
Protein +30 (111/81)
Sodium - 1421 (1079/2500)
Fibre +1 (26/25)
My food diary is visible if you want a look.
Thank you x

Fat - Not a problem unless you're growing and trying to gain.
Sodium - Not a problem. But you should have some sodium in your diet. Don't go out of your way to get more sodium.
Carbs - Carbs give you energy. So unless you've been lacking the energy to do your workouts, I wouldn't worry too much about being under on carbs.
That's just my two cents.0 -
Ah, okay. So I shouldn't worry too much? Thanks! x0

You don't want to skimp on fat, because fat is essential for proper nutrient uptake and hormone synthesis. You can supplement fat by adding in some avocado and nuts, which will boost protein a bit as well.
Protein is fine.
Sodium is low. You should be getting around 1000 mg a day, so you're right and sometimes under the minimum. Sodium is an essential electrolyte for brain and muscle function, it actually regulates the travel of nerve impulses from your brain to your various muscles, and if it drops too low, your body stops functioning (this is actually what happens when people get water poisoning, they drink so much water that it dilutes their sodium levels to the point of being ineffective.) On the plus a side, just one pinch of salt can give you all the sodium you would need. How active are you? If you exercise a lot, and sweat a lot, you actually need more sodium to counteract losses from sweat.
Fiber, could probably be higher, a goal of 25 grams is a bit low. 30g-40g is the recommended range for fiber.0
