Basically just another weight loss story!

I must stress though, this 14lbs came off relatively easily and involved no strenuous exercise regimen, merely restricting my calories by 500 per day which equates to one pound per week. On the week that I lost 1.5lbs, I ate even less than this because I didn't have time, or I didn't feel hungry to want to eat. NOW, I am yet to budge from this number, and therefore will be starting a C25K programme at the beginning of next week, and upping my calories slightly to compensate for the calorie burn via exercise :D I am in no way saying a diet-only weight loss is more effective or quicker, this is just how I wanted to do it :)

Anyways, hopefully these pictures will post properly!

Great job! I'm on week 10 at 14lbs lost as well, and it didn't feel as easy coming off, I worked my shrinking butt off lol.

PS, don't be hatin' cos I am in underwear. You cannot see ANY difference when I wear my normal baggy attire.

Hehehe! well, obviously the whole diet was hard for me, but I meant easy as sort of a relative term in regards to everyone who works out 5 X a week and actually work really hard lol! Ps, any idea why my pictures won't work :(???
